At Striders, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • The request is made within 3 days of delivery

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or worn items
  • Items without original packaging
  • Clearance or sale items (if applicable)

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and clear pictures of the issue
  3. Our team will review and guide you further

Return Shipping

  • If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Striders will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For other reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund Method

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via:
    • Bank transfer, or
    • Easypaisa/JazzCash
  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your bank/payment provider
  • If still not received, contact us

Important Notes

  • Claims made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted
  • Slight color differences due to lighting or screen settings are not considered defects
