At Striders, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- The request is made within 3 days of delivery
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or worn items
- Items without original packaging
- Clearance or sale items (if applicable)
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and clear pictures of the issue
- Our team will review and guide you further

Return Shipping
- If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Striders will cover the return shipping cost.
- For other reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
Refund Policy
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refund Method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via:
- Bank transfer, or
- Easypaisa/JazzCash
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your bank/payment provider
- If still not received, contact us
Important Notes
- Claims made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted
- Slight color differences due to lighting or screen settings are not considered defects
